Plus, I don't see a 30 year old left back at PSV who plays for Mexico as being a particularly difficult player to buy.

It's not like it's Cristiano Ronaldo or something!! But judging by some of the miserable people on this site who never think of players unless we are linked to them, I personally feel that he is within our reach.

Bolton, yes Bolton, just bought a player from Real Madrid. Sunderland have bought decent foreign players, so have Wigan, West Ham etc and we are a bigger club than all those teams.

We need quality desperately to move on another level. Some people would prefer us to be mid table forever!!

they are feeder clubs who are willing to take risks on unproven talen from south america, palacios, valencia, RSC then sell them on if they have a good season.

i'd rather support a club who buy's from within the shores and builds for the future because all i care about is winning stuff, im not intrested in profit margins etc.

when the report came out that we MON has bough 60% british players i was proud of that. i would rather support a club that looks after it own and wins nothing than support a team who completly works the reverse and wins nothing.
